Then it ends soon, before the stretch becomes tiresome. You can even finish this in one sitting, if you are patient! For many players, that’s perfect. It respects your time and delivers a solid story arc rather than filler which doesn’t impact the main story or characters. Compared to many modern expansions, where half the content feels optional or filler, this DLC feels refined.
The Weak Spots— What Didn’t Work Perfectly
Even with its high points, Assassin’s Creed Mirage- Valley of Memory is not flawless. Some players may find it too short. If you come expecting a huge expansion with dozens of side-stories that will keep you busy for days, you may be disappointed. It ends quickly; so quickly that you might want more. But since Valley of Memory is free, it is to be expected, and we can’t complain!
Another annoyance in the game is a particular sequence. There is a prison sequence that players can find a bit annoying and confusing. In addition, in a game about a master assassin, the fact that Basim gets captured by some common bandits on the street feels unrealistic and a bit forced. Any fan of the game who thinks of Basim as experienced might feel that this shakes credibility.
